About Julia Fry

I am a Partner in the Strategy and Transaction (SAT) team at EY, advising a range of clients (corporates and government) on valuation related aspects of transactions. I advise on a range of valuation matters for transaction, litigation, financial reporting and tax purposes. I also provide valuation advice on unlisted infrastructure investments, real estate investments including retirement villages, employee share schemes and private equity portfolios, to assist clients in evaluating their businesses and strategic options. I have provided valuation advice to some of the largest global infrastructure funds whilst based in the UK for more than 14 years, and more recently across Oceania. Particular industry expertise includes consumer products and retail, infrastructure including airports, ports, hospitals and utilities, forestry and aged care and retirement businesses. I am recognised by my clients and colleagues as being an empathetic leader, a good listener, effective problem solver with an ability to communicate at all levels or organisations.
