As a healthcare operations leader and equity advocate, I specialize in scaling community-rooted care models that improve access for underserved populations, particularly Medicaid beneficiaries and the Latine community. In my current role as Head of Operations at Pear Suite, I lead cross-functional initiatives that integrate tech-enabled solutions with on-the-ground community health work, driving outcomes through compliance, reimbursement strategy, and operational excellence. With a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health (BSPH) from Texas A&M University, I bring a blend of academic training and real-world experience in growing healthcare startups.
