About Julia Ghouti

I have been part of Sanofi’s Real Estate team since 2011, working on strategic tertiary projects. I was in charge of the first Sanofi “Activity Based Workplace” project for in Gentilly (France) for collaborators. This site, called CSVB, opened in 2015, with its 52 2400 workstations, seats in meeting rooms, 2 auditoriums, a training center, a private gym and 4 restaurants. Since 2015, I have been working on other “ABW” projects worldwide, 25 “ABW” sites have now opened, for 20 collaborators, across the world. In 2017, I started developing Sanofi’s Workplace Charter and have now published 2 versions. Our aim is to upgrade the Workplace Policy annually, in order to include new concepts and ideas regularly. With the feedback from our early designs, we have moved on from the initial “Activity” based concept towards a more “Mood” or “Atmosphere” based concept. Our latest achievements are Reading (UK), Istanbul, Dubai, Lima, Buenos Aires…. I believe the workplace is an important tool to share company values, change collaborators’ mindset and influence behaviors at work. It is key to attract and retain talents and change the company’s image.
