About Julia Gladding

I am passionate about fostering meaningful student-teacher relationships while expanding students’ mathematical knowledge. I am committed to a career leading high schoolers to mathematical success and beyond. I am a learner: I am always enthusiastic about learning new things and I want to inspire young people to develop a similar enthusiasm for learning. I am self-motivated, disciplined, and organized in everything I do including professional work, and schoolwork, extracurricular responsibilities. I am optimistic by nature and work hard to achieve harmonious productivity whenever I collaborate with others. My life philosophy is to balance a strong work ethic with a vibrant and meaningful life outside of work. I thrive on multigenerational relationships. I enjoy traveling to new places, including finding the best places to eat there, as well as hiking along the coast and watching Giants baseball.
