Julia Gonzalez is the owner and operator of Access to Justice, proudly serving the community with over 25 years of paralegal experience in personal injury, criminal, business, and family law. Born and raised in Bakersfield, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies and is currently enrolled in an immigration law course to expand her services even further. Julia has been a registered and bonded Legal Document Assistant (LDA) for over 5 years and has taken the extra step of insuring her business to provide peace of mind and protection for her clients. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings her background in activism and women’s rights community organizing to her client-centered work. In a prior life, Julia worked in activism, policy, and advocacy focused on women’s reproductive health, a background that deeply informs the empathy and understanding she brings to her clients’ legal needs today.
