About Julia Graves

Florida native with a passion for hospitality. Hello, my name is Julia! I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida, Rosen College, where I anticipate to graduate in Spring of 2025.(Go knights!) I previously graduated with my B.S. in Hospitality Management from Rosen in December of 2021 while simultaneously completing an internship with The Walt Disney Company. My passion for hospitality stems from my diverse and enriching experiences in the industry, including an internship with The Walt Disney Company, where I learned how to deliver exceptional guest interactions and how to uphold the company culture and values. I also worked as a veterinary technician at UrgentVet, where I applied my hospitality skills to provide compassionate and professional care for pets and their owners. Currently I am a food and beverage supervisor with Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club, utilizing my experience and education in a fast-paced role. My goal is to advance my career in the hospitality industry, especially in the areas of food and beverage, and resort management, where I can leverage my skills, knowledge, and experience to create memorable and meaningful experiences for guests. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with other hospitality professionals, and to contribute to the success and growth of the industry.
