As an associate SDR manager at Muck Rack, I lead a team of 7 Sales Development Representatives who engage with potential customers in the PR industry. I leverage my strong communication, creativity and organizational skills to coach and motivate my team, as well as to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders. I have been working at Muck Rack for almost 3 years, starting as an SDR, progressing to a team lead and then to my current role. I’m also a member of Pavilion, a community of revenue leaders and operators who share best practices and insights. I have a bachelor's degree in human development and family sciences from the University of Connecticut, which has given me a solid foundation in understanding human behavior, relationships, and development. I am passionate about helping media and PR professionals connect with the right journalists, influencers, and opportunities, and I am always looking for new ways to learn and grow in my field.
