I write and post job descriptions, recruit in the field and online, track applicants and review resumes, and coordinate with hiring managers and interview candidates. I process background checks, pre-employment screens and new hire paperwork, conduct orientation of policies and programs, and offer benefit enrollments. I uphold standards of employment regulatory compliance and confidentiality while handling employee relations and resolutions, ensuring OSHA safety, supporting corporate and management, assisting in insurance and compensation activities, processing system updates (SAP, PeopleFluent) and maintaining records.
