19 years of experience in Accounting, External Audit and Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)/ Bill 198. • Currently part of the WPP Business Integrity team, leading the EMEA Compliance team, and supporting the shared service center (SSC) and group ERP implementations globally. This includes support the WPP risk framework, manage regulatory requirements, investigate whistleblowing and breaches to internal and external ethical codes and code of conduct, review of SSC Standard Operating Procedures, group policies and business processes, support ERP roll out from a design and compliance perspective.etc. • Previously led the SOX program for the WPP group, i.e. managed up to 800 SOX audits globally from scheduling, audit fieldwork, technical updates, audit testing review to units SOX results.etc. • Whilst at PwC, I performed various professional services including co-sourced internal audit engagements, internal controls assessments, financial and operational internal controls reviews, process improvement assignments and regulatory compliance assignments, SOX compliance engagements. • Industries - advertising, media, market research, real estate, funds and investment management, IT software, service industry, high technology (aeronautics) clients.
