With a focus on youth and adolescent populations, I am dedicated to seeing individuals across the lifespan. My clinical style fosters a warm and welcoming environment that is supportive, collaborative, non-judgmental, and empathetic—with a touch of humor, because who doesn’t like a good laugh! My theoretical orientation is grounded in a psychodynamic lens and uses evidence-based interventions to tailor treatment to each individual. I take an integrative, client-centered approach, aligning various modalities to meet each person’s needs and goals throughout the therapeutic process. My clinical interests include Trauma & Abuse, Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Self-esteem & Confidence, Boundaries & Communication, and Play Therapy. I am deeply committed to supporting immigrant communities and survivors of abuse and crime. As a second-generation Polish American fluent in Polish, I am uniquely positioned to provide culturally sensitive care to Polish-speaking children and families. Creating a healing and safe space for individuals across diverse racial, ethnic, gender, and intersecting identities is deeply important to me. I strive to ensure that every client feels seen, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. I am committed to continuous professional development, staying current with the latest research and best practices to provide the highest quality care. By integrating humor, compassion, and evidence-based techniques through a psychodynamic lens, I aim to create a therapeutic experience that is both effective and deeply human.
