My background spans safety-critical environments from automotive to aviation, where robustness, reliability, and proprietary development are non-negotiable — shaping my approach to building robust, high-performance systems. As Co-Founder and CEO of Presada, I lead the development of a proprietary AI-powered presentation coach that analyzes speech, body language, and slides — enabling organizations to train communication skills at scale. Beyond my startup, I share my expertise as a consultant on machine learning and software development trends, delivering workshops, online courses, and keynotes that reach a global audience of technology professionals and leadership teams. I am committed to shaping a more inclusive tech industry. I am active in several women’s networks across the DACH region, where I host role models, lead workshops, and give talks to inspire women in tech. I also mentor the next generation through youth programs, teaching coding and robotics to young students.
