About Julia Jackson

As a Market Representative Specialist at Ford, I’ve spent the last few years helping dealerships hit ambitious sales goals, improve CSI, and navigate the fast-changing automotive landscape. I specialize in connecting the dots between OEM strategy and real-world dealer execution — and I do it by building strong relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and keeping things moving with clarity and accountability. My track record includes: • Lifting regional sales performance through hands-on coaching and data-driven planning • Leading initiatives that helped underperforming stores improve customer satisfaction scores • Serving as a go-to resource for dealership teams managing everything from new model launches to day-to-day retail operations What drives me? Partnering with people who want to win. I’m energized by the challenge of helping others see what’s possible — whether it’s a first-year GM trying to make their mark, or a well-established team looking to level up. As I grow in my career, I’m excited about expanding my impact in strategic field roles, retail development, and eventually leadership positions that shape how brands show up at the local level. If you’re in the business of moving things forward — let’s connect.
