I currently work at Endevis. As an RPO recruiter I work with the Human Resources department of a specific company as an extension of their recruiting department. Currently I am working to find RNs for the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati Ohio. I was previously working with Promedica filling all the needs in their Arden Courts Memory Care facilities around the United States. These needs include Housekeeping, Building Services Coordinators, Administrative Assistants, Activities Coordinators, Administrative Services Coordinators, LPN, CNA, Resident Caregivers, Cooks, Food Service Coordinators, and Food Service Assistants. I have looked for factory workers for Principal Business Enterprises. My previous account was concerned with finding nurses for Beacon Health System. Formerly I worked at Pontoon Solutions for over six years years, While working at Pontoon I worked on almost every account in our Toledo Delivery Center. I have source, interviewed, and on-boarded a multitude of candidates. Working in a wide variety of industries from manufacturing to medical to retail and IT. I have communicated with candidates, suppliers, hiring managers and all levels of organizations in order to get the right people into the right jobs. I have had experience with several different ATS systems including Brass ring, Taleo, Peoplefluent, and Avature. I am one of the few people in the organization that have worked in both MSP and RPO. One of my greatest strengths is being able to see how processes can be adapted from one account to another.
