About Julia Jones

I focus on the inclusion of internationals into Danish companies and society as a whole. Finding my Ikigai among my past activities as a consultant, keynote speaker, and coach, I am currently rebranding my company "International Talent", refining my services to re-launch later this year. Additionally, I have kicked off the founding of a network of professionals dedicated to improving the well-being of internationals in Denmark. This network has since joined forces with the organisation ‘Fair og Fornuftig’, where I now serve as næstforperson (vice-chair), and where Danes and internationals work hand-in-hand towards everyone being able to feel appreciated and included regardless of their background. We will re-launch in the spring of '25. Feel free to contact me for more information. I am also a researcher in psychology. I pivoted from research in public health and biology to psychology (work and organisations) as part of my training to become a psychologist on top of my PhD in mathematical modelling of biological systems. My research forms the ground for my consultancy work. I also hold an ICF-accredited coaching certificate from Sofia Manning. Originally from Germany, I have lived in seven countries across Europe and Africa. I am raising trilingual children in our tricultural family in Odense, German, British, and Danish. On good days, I am fluent in all three languages.
