About Julia Joseph

I am a human resources professional with a background in compliance auditing, employee support, and health and safety. I bring experience from both public and private sector organizations, including the Town of Collingwood and Intertek, where I’ve supported recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, and audit-compliance processes in fast-paced, people-focused environments. I hold a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Sociology and Philosophy from Queen’s University, and I recently graduated with Honours from Algonquin College’s Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate program. This educational foundation supports my ability to understand both the systemic and interpersonal aspects of human resources work. I’m currently working toward my CHRP designation and am passionate about building safe, inclusive, and engaging workplaces. My interests include equity, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition, organizational culture, learning and development, and health and safety. I’m eager to contribute to HR teams that are committed to ethical practices, continuous improvement, and meaningful employee experiences. Let’s connect!
