Background
About Julia Kinsey
I'm a registered osteopath. I've been in practice for 30 years. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in multi-disciplinary clinics, with different therapists and enjoy working as part of a team, as well as working in my own clinic; Priory Lane Osteopathic Clinic 35 Priory Lane Penwortham Preston PR1 0AR I also enjoy working out in the community, offering treatments and exercise classes to those in residential and care homes. I also take small groups Nordic Walking for general fitness and improved posture whilst walking. My aim is to help clients reduce their pain but also help them find a longer term solution for their back and joint care through osteopathic treatment and postural advice for the work they may do. I help clients by modifying their diet to support bone and joint health and manage their weight and advice about appropriate exercise, including Nordic Walking Technique, that may help problems from recurring. My website is Julia Kinsey
