About Julia Kleber

With a solid academic foundation in Business & Entrepreneurship from IE University (BSc & MSc), I lead KLEBER GROUP as CEO in the tourism industry with a global, innovation-driven perspective on brand and destination strategy. Having lived and worked across Germany, the UK, the US, South Africa, Switzerland and Spain, I bring an international mindset and deep cross-cultural understanding. This foundation supports the creation of relevant, future-oriented tourism brands and drives transformation in the travel industry. Fluent in German, English and Spanish, and conversational in Italian, I contribute intercultural expertise to every project. This enables the connection of global travel brands with modern audiences through brand storytelling, data intelligence and a consistent focus on innovation. At KLEBER GROUP, our work centers on Tourism PR, Destination Marketing, Luxury Travel Communications and Brand Strategy. We leverage AI-driven insights, traveler data and ESG principles to develop sustainable, high-impact campaigns. Today’s travelers seek more than destinations; they value meaning, connection and authenticity. That’s why we collaborate with clients to design and communicate experiences that inspire, engage and endure. Tourism is evolving. We make sure you lead the conversation. 🤝 Let’s connect — feel free to reach out via LinkedIn or contact me directly at julia.kleber@klebergroup.com.
