My experience spans luxury hospitality, guest experience, and property account management, all of which have sharpened my ability to communicate effectively, think commercially, and deliver consistent, high-quality service under pressure. I’ve worked with a diverse range of stakeholders and clients, from high-net-worth individuals to first-time guests, always ensuring expectations are exceeded. Currently, I work at Veeve, where I manage property owner accounts, optimise listings, and coordinate internal teams to ensure both client satisfaction and strong commercial performance. Outside of work, I’m an amateur boxer and passionate about fitness, food, and the outdoors. Whether it’s running with my local club, experimenting with baking, or getting out of the city to hike and camp. I’m always seeking opportunities that allow me to leverage my people skills, commercial awareness, and operational experience in a more sales-focused environment.
