I have significant experience in strategic oversight and delivery of IT programs, projects and services, ensuring alignment to business strategy and IT objectives. I have the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, building and promoting program vision and collaborative approach. I have a broad knowledge of IT Services, across projects and operations, including service and vendor management, IT procurement and contracts, IT Governance, PMO setup and management, budgeting and financial management, continuous improvement frameworks, and ITSM practices. My expericence encompasses end-user services, networks, platforms and security, plus I have had extensive exposure to disciplines including finance, planning, technology management, program/project delivery and operations. I have government, non-for-profit and private industry experience, delivering cutting edge technologies, strategic change projects and best practices. I use a human-centred design methodology and customer-centric approach and apply a wide range of project methodologies - from waterfall to Agile. My personal resilience, integrity and ability to resolve challenging and ambiguous situations have been a key to my success.
