Background
About Julia Kozluk
Driven, capable and reliable. A recent psychology graduate with a passion for developing a career in clinical psychology. With academic study grounded by extensive experience caring for vulnerable elderly people and special education needs students. Quick to develop productive carer/client relationships with an empathetic and caring nature. Experienced in report writing, analysing research and applying theoretical knowledge to practical issues. I was privileged to be able to present my dissertation findings at the ‘Coventry University International Conference for Health and Wellbeing’, with my presentation title mirroring that of my dissertation: ‘Helicopter Parenting: the overbearing caregiver style and young adults' autonomy and self-esteem’. This was a great experience but attending this conference taught me just how much there is still for me to learn. Further to this I am now embarking upon publishing my dissertation.
