Hi, my name is Julia and I am an Architectural Technician - Assistant Project Manager. I do end-to-end construction detailing, from concept to detailed design, across the design and planning stages, working together with designers, architects and engineers to design and construct safe, sustainable and beautiful commercial and residential buildings.How can I help you and your company?Are you looking for an Architectural Technician with solid experience- Within the last 6 years, I completed 70+ residential and commercial design and construction projects including exterior/interior design, renovation of cottages, apartments, commercial shared spaces, out/indoor restaurants, boutiques, administrative and commercial buildings, historical buildings and recreational facilities.Are you after a blend of Architectural Technician and Project Management skills- Look no further. Diploma in Construction Project Management (2020)+ I have a deep understanding of end-to-end project management process, including communication with clients, defining the scope of the project, risk management, interaction with contractors, manufacturers, cross-functional teams and clients, project delivery. I have been also in charge of the preparation of project deliverables and the coordination of project documentation.Of course, working with Documentation, Design & Construction drawings are a big part of the role - And I am able to read and produce drawings and specifications, interpret and apply Building Code rules. Experience in the development of technical documentation including the production of concept design, tender and construction project-specific documentation for interior projects. When it comes to tools, methodologies, regulations & codes – I am fluent in ArchiCAD, MS Office, Autodesk 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Navisworks, REVIT. I have excellent knowledge of the BIM concepts, NZS 3604: 2011 and NZS 3910. I am passionate about what I do and I look forward to pursuing a career in Project Management in Construction and Architecture. Architectural projects are a combination of creation and order, the famous dialogue between form and function.
