About Julia Laszlo

Hi, my name is Julia I help leaders live with awareness and lead with empathy. Trust me, wherever you are, I've been there (twice). Here’s how my journey went- Crushed deadlines. Nailed promotions- Built and scaled teams. Made an impact. Became an executive- Coached people from associate to exec, thinking, “This is it!”From the outside, everything looked “ideal.”But inside? A quiet “Is this really it?” kept echoing. So I paused. Not the fake pause where you take a yoga class and answer emails in Savasana.A real one.I dove deep into mindfulness, breathwork, nervous system healing, inner child work (hello exiled parts), and every spiritual tool that was out there. And guess what happened?I finally came home to myself. Through the pause. The breath. The truth I’d been too busy to hear. Now, as a Leadership Coach, I challenge leaders like you to:→ Lead with alignment, not performance→ See people as humans first, roles second→ Measure success by how your team feels, grows, and stays→ Encourage vulnerability, safety, and trust→ Prioritize energy, creativity, and wellbeing→ Stop leading like everyone else and start leading like YOUSo if you’re burned out from leading in a performance-obsessed culture…If your team is “fine” but no one’s thriving…If you’ve succeeded on paper but feel disconnected inside…Let’s talk.
