About Julia Lee

My name is Julia and my acute skills include strategy and efficiency management, demonstrating resilience and driving results. As a healthcare professional I have a patient centric focus in my day to day tasks and as a leader within my area I foster continuous improvement and innovation. I received my Bachelors of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and minor in Sustainability in Business and Organization from University of Minnesota Duluth. I'm finishing my Masters of Business Administration at University of Minnesota Duluth, Labovitz School of Business and Economics. Graduation May 2025. As I continue my career, I am interested in pursuing work in healthcare operations, specifically to create efficiencies in workflow, utilize technology and to increase access to healthcare services. Prioritizing a sustainable healthcare environment is paramount to our success as an organization and for our patients alike, and I thrive finding ways we can improve in this area. My areas of expertise include healthcare strategy, process improvement, sustainability impact, technology implementation and healthcare and medication access.
