About Julia Lee

I’m a Senior Co-Founder Therapist at everpath the psychotherapy practice that pioneered Co-Founder Therapy in Asia Pacific. In this role, I help co-founders, family business co-owners, mission critical duo's, and critical partnership teams overcome conflict, rebuild trust, and transform their partnerships. In addition, I provide counselling through Lotus therapy, supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families with inclusive strengths based care. I also specialise in leadership capability development, helping senior professionals navigate critical career junctions, with clarity, integrity and impact. With a Masters degree in Counselling and extensive experience in senior organisational development roles (Diageo, Blackmores, ARN), I integrate deep psychotherapy insights with proven expertise in business and organisational dynamics.
