I steer the path forward by asking hard—and sometimes uncomfortable, but always with a sense of humor—questions that get disparate teams and blocked individuals out of ruts and thinking about the problem in new ways. I love fostering an environment where respect and tension create a dynamic atmosphere where strengths are amplified to create something unexpectedly better together, be it a plan, process, or product. The outcome is a shared understanding of the vision that carries us to the next big step and strategic outcome, always for the benefit of the customer.
