With four years of progressive experience in personal injury, I currently serve as the Department Supervisor at Quill & Arrow LLP, where I oversee all aspects of our pre-litigation operations. I lead the Intake, Medical Records, and Demand Drafting teams—ensuring that each case is thoroughly prepared and strategically positioned for resolution. My role bridges legal operations and attorney support. I assist both pre-litigation and litigation attorneys, providing case-critical coordination that enhances efficiency and client outcomes. I’ve advanced from an entry-level Intake Specialist to a leadership role by consistently demonstrating strong judgment, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to client advocacy. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Los Angeles, I began law school to further expand my legal expertise and prepare for the next phase of my career in the legal field. As a driven and solutions-oriented leader, I take pride in fostering high-performing teams, improving workflows, and upholding the highest standards of client service.
