About Julia Miron

While my passion is in personal development and mindfulness, where I’ve spent the past 15 years developing experience and expertise, I started out working in very customer-centric roles and I have spent the majority of my professional life in those roles as I continued to work towards my passions. From restaurants to bars to wineries, art galleries, pet care, healthcare, digital sales, marketing, and content writing, then on to speaking workshops, mindfulness classes, and personal coaching, the common thread in any role I’ve held in any industry has been serving the customer, client, or patient. At the end of the day, everyone wants to be treated like a human and feel seen, heard, safe, and supported. And that will always be my main objective. I am currently a Qualified Level 1 Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher and I am continuing my education towards full Level 2 certification from Brown University School of Professional Studies. My goal is to use this certification to build a career in Mindfulness and help people live happier, healthier lives.
