Life experiences have left an indelible mark, endowing me with a unique perspective that fuels my passion for growth and adaptation. Being a pioneer in my family and my non-traditional educational path, including the attainment of a MicroMasters in Supply Chain from MIT, exemplifies my desire to embrace novel challenges. As an empath and harmonizer, I have honed the ability to intuitively read the energy in the room, facilitating agreement and consensus among diverse groups. I thrive in dynamic environments, leveraging my adaptability and varied experiences to explore myriad approaches and offer a multitude of innovative solutions to complex problems. Actively seeking out opportunities that push my growth edge, I welcome the continuous enhancement of my skills through experiential learning, always striving to expand my horizons. I’ve always been deeply committed to learning and thrive in uncharted territories. I believe in teamwork, creative problem solving, and adapting to change, all while staying dedicated to my personal and professional growth. My family and I call Northwest Arkansas home where we love to spend time together, bike the Razorback Greenway, hike the gorgeous Ozarks, and kayak the beautiful lakes all around us.
