About Julia Montevecchi

I am a driven, curious, and empathetic Franco-Italian, fond of teamwork after years of competitive volleyball and devoted to social entrepreneurship. After a year of work experience in the global non-profit context of Enactus as Program Manager, I decided to pursue my studies by seeking a double Master in International and Sustainable Management to deep dive into how a business can thrive by creating positive impact among its stakeholders. I firmly believe in the valuable interconnection between HR and CSR purposes within the business. After working in Pernod Ricard’s Global Talent Management team where I had the privilege to interact with a multinational and multistakeholder environment playing a key role in the affiliates empowerment with their D&I and Employee Engagement actions, I am now excited to start a new role as DEI and Culture Development at Nexi Group, where I will continue to bring my dedication to pursue my goal: leading change to make a positive impact on people.
