I am working for the dynamically developing Beehive (Innovation Hive) webapp, which is the centralized finance and tax platform helping tax professionalists in the UK to work smarter and faster. Our Customer Success & Implementation Team provides holistic technical support, both in the operation of the platform itself, as well as in its financial products. My areas are: providing effective technical support for users of a dynamically developing financial platform; internal communication of new changes implemented to it; communication of feedback received from users with the Product team and preliminary product assessment of the feedbacks.
