About Julia Peck

I am an experienced educator and researcher in Photography. My research focuses on landscape, nature and environment, and includes both practice-led outputs and an extensive track record in scholarly publishing. I have experience of leadership, people management and extensive organisational experience and capability. I have extensive experience of supervising undergraduate, postgraduate students and research students in their development and production of photographic work, and I have an excellent track record in supervising theoretical work. I am co-editor of the journal Photographies, reviewing both practice and theoretical research. As an educator, I am passionate about education, fostering student development and offering a highly supportive and challenging environment in which to learn.
