About Julia Puente

During my professional life I’ve learnt a lot, mainly about software products. Now, I have a clear map of complete process since a new idea pops up till this idea finally reaches a customer as new functionality. Thanks to my different positions in Ericsson, I’ve been involved in all the phases- Idea starts as new requirement - Idea is studied at high level and feasibility documentation generated - Documents are presented and business behind evaluated - Idea accepted for development converted in feature - Feature developed and tested internally by the product - New product tested and validated as part of a solution - Solution finally reaches the market - Customers start the deployment of this solution in their networks. All of this in an environment where Agile, Scrum, One Track and Continuous Delivery are very much known.
