About Julia Richards

Julia Richards is the Senior Director of Operations for the Product & Innovation Division at ZERO TO THREE. In this role, she is a vital contributor to the strategic planning and implementation of key earned income efforts, including events, sales and fulfillment, online learning, continuing education and registry services, and intellectual property protections. Ms. Richards is responsible for protecting and augmenting the efficiency of ZERO TO THREE’s business operations by developing operational plans, implementing ongoing analysis of processes and performance, providing solutions for operations improvement, and facilitating interdepartmental collaboration to accelerate business development and promote long-term success. Ms. Richards also has primary oversight for several ZERO TO THREE business lines including, but not limited to, the Zero to Three Journal; resource sales, ZERO TO THREE’s Annual Conference, ZERO TO THREE’s Membership Program, and other associated services. Ms. Richards joined the staff at ZERO TO THREE in 1995 and has spent most of her career working to further ZERO TO THREE’s mission. She earned her CAE certification in 2018, and has a B.S. in Psychology from Wellesley College.
