As Sustainability Consultant & Systemic Business Coach I empower leaders to unlock their company’s full leadership potential. MY MISSION: To support leaders in setting up holistic CSR/Sustainability strategies & regenerative leadership structures to create life-affirming work designs. LONG STORY SHORT: Having been engaged in the Sustainability sector for ten years, I observed that most organisations pursue a one-sided approach to Sustainability. Even if Sustainability is one of the core values, teams struggle to apply its principles to the entire business model holistically, starting with the way they manage themselves. I witnessed several projects with great potential rising high, but ultimately failing because of a lack of leadership, communication and whole system thinking. How can we channel human energy in a way to create life-affirming work designs for true sustainable success? I believe that it all starts within.+ I support leaders to set up CSR/Sustainability strategies & Regenerative Leadership Structures based on the principles of Living System Design and Whole System Thinking + I support leaders in reflecting on their current leadership styles to identify tendencies & patterns which hold them back + I guide leaders and teams through a systemic analysis of their work design to close gaps and create synergy between all fields of action.+ I help businesses to identify and solve structural problems, even before they appear.+ I help to create business cultures in which respect, deep listening, mutual support & challenge, holistic problem solving and awareness-based leadership are the guiding principles.+ I support people in recognising their unique skill set and value, to live a life in their full power and creativity.
