Seeking long-term employment in Health Analytics roles by actively pursuing Certified Health Information Management (CHIMA) Professional designation through current enrolment in McMaster Health Information Fundamentals Diploma program; whilst gaining valuable insight, skills, and knowledge in Patient Scheduling and Access while employed with Oak Valley Health at the Markham Stouffville Hospital (MSH) site in the roles of: Patient Registration Clerk, ED Registration Clerk, and Bed Allocation Clerk. Previous education in Health Sciences (BHSc - Western University), and subsequently Office Administration - Health Services (Diploma - Durham College), and current employment at MSH has sparked an invested interest in understanding how data-driven solutions are currently being applied to - and can continue to evolve to further improve - health care delivery, efficiency, quality and outcomes.
