I am currently an IT Recruitment Specialist at Equiqo, a company that provides software development and engineering services to clients across Europe. I have been working at Equiqo for over two years, conducting comprehensive recruitment processes for IT roles, from sourcing candidates to managing hiring and onboarding. In my role, I use my expertise in manufacturing process improvement to help Equiqo deliver high-quality and efficient solutions to its customers.
