About Julia Scharmann

With over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales, and a specialization in digital marketing for the past 15 years, I am currently an experienced manager at Credera Germany, part of the Omnicom Group. My career is characterized by continuous development and a passion for innovative, data-driven solutions that always keep the customer at the forefront. Currently, I co-lead a highly specialized team that manages and oversees global website personalization for a leading German automotive manufacturer. I am responsible for feature development and innovation within this large-scale project and, together with a leadership team, navigate the team through challenging market conditions. My activities include the development and implementation of new service models and pricing strategies, the establishment of new sales activities, and market acquisition. I work closely with the CMS teams of the automotive manufacturer and have experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics, Jira Ticketing, Confluence, Scrum Processes and in general agile projectmanagement. Additionally, I am involved in complex IT projects, such as the evaluation of tools and systems, including the assessment of CDP solutions. I promote collaboration, motivation, and continuous knowledge sharing within my team and am proud to be part and in the heart of the team. My goal is to continue making valuable contributions and to further develop myself and my team. Additionally, I support the personal growth of my colleagues as a career coach, engage in inclusion as Head of DE & I, and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders during an ongoing business transformation.
