As the Digital Experience Lead at H&M, I work with a cross-functional team to create and optimize the online customer journey, from awareness to conversion. I leverage my background in fashion and sociology, as well as my skills in web marketing and communication, to understand the needs, preferences, and behavior of our diverse and global audience. I contribute to the development and implementation of the digital strategy, the design and testing of the website and mobile app, the management and analysis of the CRM data, and the coordination and execution of the media planning and campaigns. I have over 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and media planning at H&M, where I previously held the roles of CRM Insight Lead and E-Commerce Operations and Media Planning. My mission is to deliver a seamless and engaging digital experience that reflects the core values and vision of H&M, and that drives customer loyalty and satisfaction.
