About Julia Schick

Welcome to my profile! I am a passionate email marketer that loves inspired designs and data-driven decisions. After my studies in Print and Media technology (M. Eng), I have worked in several publishing houses – I am fascinated of the opportunity to communicate knowledge through books. As I am not an author, I found my mission in offering books via email. So far, I've been working primarily in the eCommerce department focusing on email marketing, landing pages and design tasks. Creating responsive email templates based on HTML/CSS is part of my daily business; it combines creativity and solving problems (of course outlook is one of the challenging opponents). Besides the design/coding stuff I am also focused on strategic topics like reporting, because it is an useful tool to identify new opportunities and KPIs for efficient decision-making in the future. Finally I think there is still so much to learn about email marketing, web-technologies and design, so I am watching out for the newest best practices on email design/marketing and try to integrate that to my skill set.
