About Julia Schubert

In my current role, I‘m a senior researcher in the area of Experience Management (XM). In that context, I drive topics and projects mainly related to Employee Experience (EX). Further, I create communications to enable customer-facing roles and their managers. I‘m also a junior Design Thinking (DT) Coach with experience in facilitating workshops for external and internal audiences. Besides that, I act as core member of the Business Women‘s Network local chapter in Eschborn/Frankfurt. I’m an experienced producer of learning and enablement material as well as compelling communication assets within the software industry. I’m skilled in and passionate about L&D, communication, moderation, presentations, design, and videos. I hold a Master of Arts focused on Educational Science with Business Pedagogy and Human Resources Development from University Koblenz-Landau (Germany).
