I am currently employed as an Immigration Clerk and hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Law and Society, as well as a Certificate in Criminology and Indigenous Studies. I am also a P1 Licensing Candidate with the Law Society of Ontario, having completed a diploma in an Accelerated Paralegal program. With my academic background, I have gained a profound understanding of legal principles, social inequality, and the intersectionality of law and society. In addition to my academic achievements, I have honed strong legal research skills through various research projects and am proficient in using legal databases to support legal cases. Furthermore, my experience in archiving 2SLGBTQ+ histories showcases my meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Having worked in customer service, I understand the importance of effective communication, empathy, and teamwork. I have robust academic foundation, adept legal research abilities, keen attention to detail, and customer service experience. My unwavering commitment to social justice drives me to utilize my skills to support legal cases and advocate for marginalized communities.
