I'm a systems engineer with over seven years of dedicated experience and I've spent nearly three of those years as an engineering manager. My journey in IT started as a frontend developer, but it was in management and team leadership that I discovered my true passion. I have worked in fast-paced environments, which taught me how to adapt quickly and employ creative problem-solving techniques to address issues that range from team management to product definitions. My personal goals include: Coaching and inspiring engineers to advance in their professional careers. Fostering collaborative and inclusive environments where teams can reach their full potential. Driving innovation by mixing technical expertise with a creative approach. One of my biggest accomplishments includes being a key contributor to the creation of our initial product version and facilitating the transition towards a product-oriented company culture at Stensul. As part of an autonomous team, I collaborated closely with the leadership team to champion this shift.
