About Julia Swanson
I am currently a senior at George Washington University, pursuing a History and Political Science double major. I moved to D.C. in order to be immersed within the political culture, as well as find a community that shares my passion for government. While at GW, I have become involved in several student organizations in leadership capacities, including becoming President of Students for Indigenous and Native American Rights (SINAR). Prior to my experience in D.C, I worked for 5 years in Minnesota at Fresh Thyme Farmers Market. I began as a cashier but was promoted to a supervisor position.
