About Julia Tomasini

I'm Julia, an ICF accredited coach, certified narrative practitioner, and facilitator with a passion for helping individuals and organisations thrive. My expertise lies in fostering emotional wellness, purpose, and well-being, especially in the workplace. I have particular expertise working with young managers and C-level executives in startups as well as more established organisations, guiding them through career and leadership complexities. Having lived in five different countries and worked closely with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and positions, I have sharpened my ability to connect deeply with individuals from various walks of life. This is now one of my most valued strengths as a coach, as it enables me to build trust with my coachees rapidly, and get the coaching conversation to a deeper level within a space that is safe to explore and challenge. In addition to coaching, I facilitate workshops and trainings on professional and leadership development topics. I also lead co-development peer groups. My approach is grounded in the ICF framework, guided by the creativity of Narrative Practices and the wisdom of Somatic Coaching. With a creative background and an outside-the-box mindset, I'm dedicated to helping individuals find unique solutions aligned with their authentic selves. My ultimate goal is to be an agent of healthier workplace dynamics and lasting positive change.
