Our team is ever evolving to provide industry leading service opportunities and is focused on making our customers our first priority. My goal is to make HMH a reliable and easy to work with company. From designing and developing user friendly digital platforms for customer service, documentation, and e-commerce, to leading our global spare parts business, I strive to provide excellent customer service and cover multidisciplinary projects which drive collaborative solutions. As an experienced, mechanical engineer in the subsea drilling industry for 10 years, I use my diverse product knowledge to assist customers over a wide variety of issues and manage two teams to deliver spare parts and launch customer facing digital platforms. My core business values are to work with integrity, focus on quality, and foster collaboration and communication within teams. In driving thoughtful and effective solutions as a team leader, I was nominated to and graduated from the Baker Hughes 2019-2020 Cultivate program which develops women in technology and leadership. I was then nominated to the Subsea Drilling Systems Influencers group for 2020-2021 where I led a team to create a defect free zone between our suppliers and warehouses, reducing COPQ for the business. I also received the BHGE 2018 Technology Excellence Award as an Early Career Professional and the BHGE 2018 Best Digital Technology Project for the Digital Inspection Tool. In October 2021, the Baker Hughes Subsea Drilling Systems business joined MHWirth to create HMH, delivering a full-service offshore and onshore drilling equipment product offering.
