About Julia Weaver

An optimistically driven bubbly individual who strives to encourage others through constructive and meaningful experiences. In 2007, I earned my Early Childhood Associates degree from Guilford Technical Community College. After holding positions in the Child Care industry for more than five years such as Cook, Lead Teacher, Teacher Assistant, and Floater, I realized that working with a variety of age groups is my purpose and passion. For a short time, I studied at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Human Development & Family Studies understanding more regarding conflict resolution and facilitation skills and placing people skills into action. Being a part of The Office of Leadership and Service Learning has helped in gaining attributes that assist with evolving my overall mission, vision, and goals. After interacting and communicating with customers for CVS/Pharmacy, I realized how valuable and rewarding the customer service industry was and how rewarding the atmosphere brought much joy. I have transitioned from Customer Service to Hospitality in hopes of bringing back the memories and amazing delightful experiences from Wellspring Retirement Life Care Community from which I was able to fund my vocational education and maintain stability through balance & positive interaction. Zoe's Kitchen is a wonderful place filled with laughs and amazing adventures. In the future I strive to become involved in Peer Support and create solution based therapies that help create a more wholesome community based activities filled with unconditional love, forgiveness, character building. Also, would love to involve all the positive and constructive skills used to help bring up an individual to provide what each person needs to become the best vibrant healthy being.
