PERSONAL STATEMENT I am curious and keen to explore opportunities in all endeavors and I truly believe in challenging the status quo. Being instrumental in continuous improvement and contributing to a culture of innovation bring my passion to life. One of my most important interests in life are humans, how they function as individuals and in systems. I am feeling alive and can show my best self if I live my passion for creative leadership, people development, coaching and making things happen. I love working in an environment where ideas are created and shared to inspire action so that the ideas of individuals and groups are developed to grow from something good into something great. Empowering individuals to achieve their best and being part of that two-way learning journey is what brings me into work every morning. In my life, I value authenticity, self-awareness, integrity, empathy and clarity. My passion belongs to sports - actively to triathlon and generally to all sports in which speed and team spirit are important. I support out of deep conviction equality and diversity in everyday life and especially in sports. I love football, handball, skateboarding, racing bike and I am an enthusiastic fan of almost all sports events. For me, work teams function like sports teams - by using the diversity of talents, their individual strengths and living the team spirit combined with fun, great things can be achieved together.
