I’m a learning and development leader with experience designing high-impact training programs, building knowledge systems from scratch, and leading teams through change. I specialize in creating practical, scalable learning experiences that help people do their jobs better—whether that’s through onboarding, ongoing development, or self-serve knowledge tools. At the Condominium Authority of Ontario, I led the full redevelopment of a mandatory online director training program, serving over learners annually—and achieving a 96% satisfaction rating. I’ve also built internal training programs that cut ramp-up time in half at TELUS Health, created knowledge bases used across national teams, and partnered with stakeholders to ensure training actually supports real-world performance. I'm driven by taking complex processes and turning them into clear, human-centered systems. I’m at my best when aligning content strategy, operational goals, and learning design to make life easier for teams—and better for customers.
