I have been a local Home Mortgage Consultant for over 20 years and pride myself on providing excellent service! I am so happy here at Union Home Mortgage for several reasons but most importantly because I have the ability to provide my clients a POSITIVE experience! We are a full service lender, so we fund and service our loans. We offer a full range of programs from Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203k rehab, Jumbo, non-warrantable condos, and Foreign nationals to name a few. Caliber Home Loans provides me with the support and technology I need to assist clients navigate this new regulatory mortgage market. My dedication to returning calls promptly and keeping the borrower and sales agent informed throughout the process insures our clients know we care about helping them get into their new home. I am also experienced in assisting clients that are not quite ready to purchase. I am happy to help them make a plan to be sure they are ready in the near future by advising them on credit and other qualifying steps for home ownership.
