Julia is a Product Manager/Architect, Project/Program Manager, Business/Data Analyst, and Change Management Expert with over 15 years of experience in health care, health education, IT project management, and the regulatory sector for public safety. She loves solving problems and helping businesses realize their future vision. If you have a problem keeping you up at night, send her a note! Julia Wu is currently working at Technical Safety BC as a Product Leader, driving several innovative initiatives in the public safety sector. Julia Wu has in the past worked with the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Medicine to develop an interim tool for postgraduate resident placement. In the past, she has led a number of strategic initiatives such as the development of their new Educational Technology Strategy, a roll-out strategy for the anywhere/anytime distribution and access of Grand Rounds to BC physicians and health care professionals, and the identification and implementation of a tool to support the design, development, and communication of a renewed undergrad medical curriculum. Regardless of the size or nature of the project, she is able to rapidly understand the subject matter and help bring clarity and structure to the process in order to maximize value and ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction. In Julia's spare time, she loves spending time with her two kids, one dog, and one husband. They mostly go to parks and restaurants if not spending time with friends at a backyard BBQ.
